Dear ODK Community,
I am facing a peculiar problem with ODK Collect. I have a form for which I
am able to submit data from specific devices, but it gives a 500 Internal
server error from certain other devices. Could you please suggest what
could be the problem.
A screen shot of the error is attached in the mail. Looking forward to
receiving a response.

This is a customized version of ODK Collect (SDRC Collect).
You should work with the organization that customized the software to
confirm that it is not a problem with their customization.
If it is not, they can then contact the core team with technical details of
the issue in the main codebase.
