ODK Collect v1.10+ supports range questions for integers and decimals and with a variety of appearances. The latest versions of XLSForm online and offline now support it as well ([ODK XLSForm Online v1.0](https://forum.getodk.org/t/odk-xlsform-online-v1-0/11107) and [ODK XLSForm Offline v1.5](https://forum.getodk.org/t/odk-xlsform-offline-v1-5/11105)). For XLSForm examples, search for "range" in [the All Widgets form](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1af_Sl8A_L8_EULbhRLHVl8OclCfco09Hq2tqb9CslwQ/edit#gid=0). Supported appearances are `vertical`, `no-ticks` and `picker`.
