Add details to elements of editing a saved form screen

Hi Folks,

I am struggling to find a way to add what would be an extremely helpful feature to an ODK collect form. I am using a form to do an inventory of plants in study plots. There are frequent occurrences when we realize that we have mid-identified or -characterized a plant, and need to go back and make corrections. Not a problem, we go back to the saved form, find the entry for that plant, and correct the errors. The challenge is that there can be many plants in a study plot and finding the particular plant of interest in the list of study plants saved in the form is very time consuming and tedious as the only information that is displayed about each entry when viewing the saved form is the repeat label with an incremental number for the number of repeats. Is there any way to add information to the list of repeats so that a particular repeat/entry is easier to find?

For example,

viewing the contents of a saved form looks like this:

Plot ID
Date
Survey data for plants
Survey data for plants 1
Survey data for plants 2
Survey data for plants 3
Survey data for plants .
Survey data for plants .
Survey data for plants n

What would be extremely helpful is something like this, where the name of the plant takes the place of the 'repeat number':

Date
Survey data for plants
Survey data for plants Eriogonum sp.
Survey data for plants Encelia farinosa
Survey data for plants Larrea tridentata
Survey data for plants .
Survey data for plants .
Survey data for plants n
