Is there a way to change the geopoint from the map view to satellite view?

Hi Andy,

Not without changing code. The code is pretty easy to implement
(http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7093764/android-map-view-toggle)
so perhaps you can file a feature request at
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/ and someone in the community can
add it.
