Position description
The evaluator will be responsible for study design, planning and methodology development; data collection; enumerators recruitment and training; quality assurance; data analysis; and reporting. The areas of inquiry and methodology for the study are further detailed below.
Data collection tools and methods: The successful bidder will be expected to adapt and refine existing data collection tools with support from AKF. All data collection tools must be gender-sensitive and adapted to the local context and language.
The use of tools and the modalities of implementation will be proposed by the consultant.
