Recently the link to Google Docs just stopped working. So, I deleted
the old doc files and created external service to Google Spreadsheet
and set it to BOTH Upload Existing & Stream New Submission Data and it
never created the file. No error - it just didn't do anything. Is
there a fix? It would be very disappointing to have this feature just
stop working at this point.

I updated the ticket... Please upgrade to Aggregate 0.9.7, as it increases
the timeouts to these services by a considerable margin (30+ seconds). The
connection timeouts to Google Docs shot through the roof about 3 weeks ago,
causing 0.96 and earlier to time out and fail.

Mitch,
Can I upgrade Aggregate from 0.9.6 and still maintain the data I
have on the server now and also not make any changes to the clients in
the field that are sending data?
Thanks so much for your help!!

Yes - 0.9.7 (and soon 0.9.8) is backwards compatible to 0.9.6 and earlier.
ODK 1.0 is not.
