Aggregate App Engine Error

Hi Group

I have been getting consistent app engine error messages that say I have
exceeded my daily quota. I haven't uploaded any data and have hardly done
anything on aggregate except upload blank forms and change some user
settings. I looked at the usage on the app engine and am not over exceeding
any of my quotas. Only 3 resources are being lightly used. Additionally, I
waited 14 hours and got the same error message. Is there an explanation for
this?

Rachel

Clear your Browser's cache.

Then try to log back in. Does it still show the error?

To be extra sure this isn't a problem, use a browser that you don't usually
use (e.g., Chrome), and clear the cache and cookies, then try to log in.

If either one works, the browser had an old copy of one or more files which
were causing a problem.

Otherwise, invite me ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) as a developer
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AppEngineTroubleshooting

and I can take a look at it.

If you have set up a Publisher, or if you upgraded but did not follow the
upgrade steps outlined in the release notes (
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AggregateReleaseNotes ), that
could also cause this problem.

Hi Mitch,

I tried clear cache and multiple computers with no luck. I invited you as a
developer to the application (washbsanitation). Thanks for the help!

The server is working OK, but when you log on, this particular log-in error
is incorrectly presenting the out-of-quota screen instead of reporting a
log-in failure.

Your log-in failure is due to the 'rsklar' ODK Aggregate username not
having a password configured for it.

To correct this, you will need to close your browser (entirely), then
re-open it, log in as a super-user account washbsanitation@gmail.com and
Change Password for rsklar

You should then be able to log out, click on Sign in with Aggregate
Password, and enter rsklar and that password.

(you had created and deleted a previous version of this same 'rsklar'
username, and the earlier version did have a password assigned, but your
current one does not.)

The bug you've stumbled upon will be tracked on this issue
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/detail?id=997
