Aggregate Data - Migration to New Server

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.

We have a new ODK AGG 2.05 (Windows, IIS, SQL Server) install set up to receive/handle new surveys.
Users have expressed the wish to import data stored on another Aggregate server - external and we don't have access.

We know exporting data to CSV is simple to do but are there any tools/methods/advice about importing the same to another server/database?

I'm assuming users have access to the original encryption key used with the external Aggregate database and nothing is possible without that?

You will be able to import data from one server to another, using ODK briefcase

thanks for responding. We don't have direct access to the 'old' Aggregate server as the 'new' one - with Briefcase - is installed in a secured walled-garden environment with no outbound internet access.

We are probably able to acquire Briefcase exported CSV and/or database backups and need to get those imported to Aggregate somehow; data rather than the forms.

Can Briefcase or other tool assist with that?
