Aggregate Error - AppEngine Application Error

Dear Mo,

It is not appropriate to send this email to me privately as I cannot
provide personalized support on ODK.

The biggest reason is that I have very little experience with implementing
it.

This is a question for the community and I have forwarded to the community.

Good luck.

Sincerely,

Sarah BIrd

Dear Sarah,

I have experienced this error several times as a new user. I just came
across this one today (error attached). But the issue is i dont have
control over the AppEngine Application, someone else manages it. I'm trying
to be so curious to know more about the errors that come. We are in the
middle of data collection and this error has come up.

Some enumerators have sent data to the system but i cant see those
responses sent. I tried myself and it was sent successfully from ODK
Collect but at the backend i don't see the responses. I tried to export the
data available so i could delete some few responses and see if others sent
would come through then the error came up.

My worry is that, after the system is up again would those responses
already sent by enumerators come to the system?

Kindly assist.

Based on the screen shots it appears you AppEngine account has run out
of free resources (the free quota is reset everyday at midnight
pacific time). If you want to have more resources available you need
to enable billing on AppEngine and pay for it. Generally most users
only enable the minimum of $2.10 a week and have found this to be more
than sufficient. You can also run your own tomcat server if AppEngine
is giving you troubles (the installer allows you to chose how to
install Aggregate).

Also discussions have occurred previously on the google group a
sampling (there are more than these)
