Is there a way to add a logo or any kind of branding to the ODK Aggregate
interface?

If you are installing to Google AppEngine, you can replace the ODK logo
with your own by replacing these files:

ODKAggregate/odk_color.png
ODKAggregate/favicon.ico
ODKAggregate/images/odk_aggregate.png
ODKAggregate/images/odk_color.png

And then uploading.

None of the branding images are built into the executable files.

If you need to change references to ODK in the UI, you will have to wait or
help with internationalization efforts for ODK Aggregate, as there are vast
quantities of text in the app that refer to ODK.

Can you send me a step by step procedure on how to change the branding and
uploading it. That would be of great help to me.

There are only 2 steps

-- replace the above files
-- run the uploadAggregateToAppEngine script that is in the enclosing
directory to upload the modified ODKAggregate folder to AppEngine.
