I need to log in, but don't have username and password
When you ran the ODK Aggregate installer, you supplied a Google e-mail
account (gmail or an apps domain account).
Log on (via Sign in with Google) using that account.
You can then go to Site Admin / Permissions and add ODK Aggregate
usernames, grant permissions, and set passwords.
