Hello. My aggregate is using VM and a static IP but giving the same error. How do i go about resolving it.

@emanyeki Are you using the latest VM (v2.0.0)and following the instructions at https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-vm? Are you sure the device you are getting the message from is on the same network as the VM?
