All option of my CSV don't appear on ODK Collect

Hi,
I'm back again with my CSV problem.

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
When i transfer my XLS Form and my CSV on ODK Collect, all the options of the CSV don't appear.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
ODK Collect v1.24.1

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I try the change the line order in my CSV. (Notepad++)

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.
The problem occurs for this option :
"Seuil en rivière"
"Digue (longitudinale)"
"Obstacle induit par un pont"
I join my XLSX and my CSV,

It's good i found the solution . At the end of the line of option who don't appear i do a space and in ODK Collect the answer as not recognize
