'All widgets' form excel (or google doc) file?

Hi all-

Is there an excel (or google doc) file for the "All widgets" form that is downloadable from ODK Collect when first installed (from opendatakit.appspot.com/formList)? I'd like to use some of the widgets in there and find it easier to modify pre-made examples than start from scratch.
