Hi all,
I'm working on a project that involves going to rural health site
locations and collecting GPS coordinates as well as evaluative information
multiple times at each site.
Could anyone suggest a way to allow field workers to pull up the name
and GPS coordinates of the first visit site when they go about filling out
information for the second visit?

Bill,
SurveyCTO (www.surveycto.com) includes the ability to pre-load and
reference data from earlier surveys. Basically, you attach one or more .csv
files to your form definition, and then you can pull specific data into
your form to show in notes, populate select_one or select_multiple fields,
etc. That functionality requires that you have the prior data loaded as
part of your form definition.
If, instead, you need to have a more flexible workflow where you can pull
up information from recently-collect form data -- where the set of prior
data is dynamically changing in real-time -- then that falls more into the
category of workflow that ODK 2.0 might better address. Depending on your
timeline, ODK 2.0 (currently in public alpha) might be an option.
