Any tips for migrating data from odk v.1.3.4 to v.1.4.4?

Hi guyz,

I have production data on odk aggregate version 1.3.4 & I'd like to migrate it to version 1.4.4 i.e the latest version.

I tried doing a mock upgrade whereby I installed ODK Aggregate version 1.4.4 & used the same database as the one I used on version 1.3.4. Unfortunately, this didn't work due to some major schema changes.

Therefore, what is the best way to migrate data from ODK Aggregate version 1.3.4 to ODK Aggregate version 1.4.4 ?

When upgrading, you should always review these and perform the required
steps, if any.
