One user has reported that their AppEngine instance began quickly running
out of quota on or around Sept 18th. This is without any jump in activity
or usage of their site.
If you observe the same thing, please let me know. I would like to know
how widespread this issue is.
*Work-around: * check the "Disable faster background actions" checkbox on
the Site Admin / Preferences tab
ODK Aggregate has a background activity that ensures that publishing to
external services occurs without a significant delay (ideally, within 40
seconds of receipt of the completed survey).
This activity should toggle into an idling state if there are no new
records to publish.
For some reason, this is not happening on the server in question.
With the checkbox checked, publishing can have up to a 10 minute lag.
