Is there a way to change the appearance of the DATE format so that it reads DAY, MONTH, YEAR? Right now it shows MONTH, DAY, YEAR.
I am using XLSForm to script.
Also, I want to do this for both the normal "calendar" view, but also the "pinwheel" view (appearance >> "no-calendar").
Help?

If changing the Locale of the device using the settings page does not alter
the Date layout, then no.
ODK Collect is using the system-provided DatePicker which should be setting
the date layout based upon the locale / language in which the device is
operating.
