Iam using ODK data collect for field data collection the main problem is
that sending a form to the surver ;when I tried to send it is impossible it
says error : connection time out almost two weeks count even if I try in a
high Internet connection is there any solution please help me.

First, test whether you can access your server from your device.

Open the device's browser and enter the URL to the server web page. Does it
allow you to log in?

If you cannot, then ODK Collect will never work.

This includes wifi login screens.

You may simply need to use your device browser to log into the wifi access
point and browse to your server.
Once you can access your server, ODK Collect should be able to successfully
submit data.

Otherwise, if it is not a wifi access screen, and your device browser can
successfully access, e.g., google.com (confirming that you have internet
access), then it may be a quota or data corruption issue if running on
Google AppEngine or a network issue if you have configured your own server

In general, the Google screens and/or the logging information will identify
what the problem is.
