I want to attach a PDF to an email I am sending within the tool.

I have created the content of the PDF and I am able to export it using the 'printer' appearance.
3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I have tried adding the question (calculate) I used to create the PDF but it shows up as part of the body.
I can't recall where i said it previously, but a useful extension of this functionality would be if it could have a filename set (like by using instance name) and then auto be attached to a file question.
But currently for what you are seeking you have to create the print, select page size and orientation, save the pdf, rename (optional) and then select it to attach. It might be easier to create the pdf post upload and email
