Attempt to invoke read(byte[]) on ODK Collect

Hi,
My challenge has been from ODK collect. It showed an error when I was trying to get blank form which I designed. The error displayed is "attempt to invoke virtual method 'int java.io.InputStream.read(byte) on a null object reference".

I use ODK collect V. 1.27.3

Does that happen only one you download one particular form or any form from your server? If it's just one form could you attach it?

Could you tell me what language you use? I wonder if it has something to do with the error.

I mean in the app? It's not English definitely looking at your screenshot :slight_smile: have you tried switching to English and downloading?

I use ODK Collect app and ONA as server.

Ahh it's ONA so please contact them https://ona.io/contact.html
I have seen an error like that but can't recall now or find it. It's probably something with manifest file (not your responsibility), so you need to ask ONA.

Haven contacted ONA, I chnaged URL of my server to https://odk.ona.io.
It's own working fine!

I guess what you wrote is in french which I do not understand but I used google to translate it.

To rectify the error, go to the server setting and change the URL to https://odk.ona.io

I hope this helps.
