Big problem

I had a problem with mine. My tablet was broken and I want to transfer my data to a new tablet for editing before sending to my sever.. the problem is while i move data to another tablet, the data do not appear in the other application which is on the other tablet, that prevents me to change anything. What should I do to change my data?

After transfer, try restarting your tablet (with newly copied data), on
some tablets, file/folder changes are never reflected unless you reboot
them.

You can use a file manager application after restart to see if the files
are there.

Also,

(1) Android changed the naming of the /sdcard directory between Android 4.0
and Android 4.3 (I forget on which release this happened). Copying won't
work if you move across these versions. If at all possible, try to
maintain the same OS version.

(2) Force Close the ODK Collect on the new device before copying the files
over. Do this through the Settings / Apps / Manage Apps screen. This
ensures that ODK Collect doesn't retain an open connection to the old data
files.

(3) copy the entire /sdcard/odk directory to the new device.
