Is there a limit to the number of computers you can use breifcase on per
aggregate account? I used a colleague's computer to move forms from the
phone to the breifcase. After realizing they weren't on the server, I had
him try to push them, but he got error messages saying there was an
unexpected reroute effort to

No, there is no limit.
Switching from https:// to http:// can trigger this warning. Double-check
that you are using the appropriate prefix to the URL (e.g., as seen in a
browser).
