Briefcase data Download from specific time

Hello All,

As far I know, data download from aggregate server using ODK briefcase can
be performed with specific dates but is there any way to specify the time
of download? For example, if I write "--export_start_date 2015/12/03" from
the CLI to download data, it will download data starting from December 3,
2015. My question is, can I download data starting from 9 AM, December 3,
2015?

Thanks,
Ehsan

Ehsan,

Currently no, but the revisiting the old data should be fast because
Briefcase only downloads data that isn't in the storage folder.

If this is a feature you'd like to have, the best way to get it added
is to contribute code
