Briefcase not pulling data/forms from custom ODK directory(please Help Help)

Dear all

I have been having a problem in pulling data from my ODK folder
I have Copied the entire /odk directory to my computer (e.g., to
C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\folder\odk )

I have Run ODK Briefcase and Selected "Custom path to ODK Directory" in the
"Pull data from:" drop-down.
Then I select the above directory (e.g.,
C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\folder\odk ) BUT Other forms are not
displayed from the list of forms available within this directory

please help and let me know the problem.

Thanks

First, make sure you have the latest ODK Briefcase. If your forms use newer
features, and you are using an older ODK Briefcase, it will be unable to
read the newer forms and may have this problem.

··· --------------------------

Otherwise: I don't understand.

When you enter the path to the \odk directory, do you see a list of
available form definitions?

And what happens when you select those form definitions and choose Pull ?

i.e., what does the "Details..." button display?

What form designer are you using?

The form is not properly constructed for ODK Briefcase or ODK Aggregate
processing.

The form_id should not contain any spaces or non-alphanumeric characters
other than - and _ Your form_id is 'HIV Testing Form (TLT-2)'

The form_version must be a string that can be interpreted as an integer
less than 11 characters long with the leading digit being 2 or less. We
recommend "yyyymmddvv" i.e., 2015110501 Your form_version is '[Final]
20150701'
