Calculating answer based on selections of the questions and skip pattern where the question is not apply

Dear Kobo Team,

I have two scenario where i need to have totals Yes and Total Response and also the Outcome which depend on questions answered and also skip where the questons where its not applied

Below is the table;
Question response1 response2 Totalyes totalresponses
q1 yes no 1 2
q2 yes yes 2 2
q3 yes no 1 2
q4 yes yes 2 2
Outcome 1 0 1 2

If all the questions are Yes then Outcome is 1 and if any of the question is No the outcome is 0
and also calculating total responses per question

Which is the best approach and function to use in the scenario above

Your question is not clear because attached xls form and your problem description is not similar in terms of yes no value.

Can this help using below attached table;
If all the questions are Yes then Outcome is Yes and if any of the question is No the outcome is No
and also calculating total responses per question
