Am looking into generating many custom forms each of which will only be used
in 1 location. Is there a way to get specific forms to only specific users
in the field with ODK?
shouldn't be too hard to modify collect and aggregate to deliver forms
based on imei or some other unique identifier. i think groupcomplete
might do something similar.
