Can no longer access Aggregate instance on AppEngine

All:

I created an Aggregate instance on the Google AppEngine using a non-gmail account. Everything was fine for months. I created a gmail account in order to download an app from the Play Store. Google associated the new gmail account w/ the e-mail I used to create my appengine account and my Aggregate instance. From the logs I can see that no matter which e-mail account I use the one that is submitted is my gmail account. I saw an earlier post that explained that one must login to Aggregate w/ the e-mail account it was created under. So, I made another Aggregate instance using the gmail account. Unfortunately the same error message persists: "account not recognized." Does the AppEngine an Aggregate e-mail and Aggregate accounts need to match? I was going to delete the gmail account, but there were dire messages about losing "everything" associated with the account -- my AppEngine too? I can start over - the Aggregate install is pretty easy, but I would appreciate advice on how to handle the accounts used to create my Aggregate instances. In truth, I'd rather gain 20 pounds than have a gmail account, but if I must...

Log of failed login attached for reference.

Thanks,
Chris

To see what e-mail you used when you configured ODK Aggregate:
go to https://appengine.google.com
click on your application,
then click on Logs
search for 'superUserEmail'

This will show you what e-mail you need to use when logging into ODK
Aggregate.

Browse to gmail.com. Log out of every account that is not the one shown
above.

Browse to whatever email server you are using for that other account, and
log into that.

Close all your browser windows and quit your browser.

Open your browser.

Now try to log into your ODK Aggregate instance, using 'Sign in with
Google'.

If that does not work,

  • Try a different browser. Repeating the steps with gmail and your email
    server.
  • Clear all cookies in your browser, then repeat.

If you still are unable to get this to work, contact Google Apps Domain
technical support.
