Can ODK do this? Drag and Drop responses on a scale

See attached, is this possible with ODK?
Otherwise - does anyone have experience in getting these types of questions
in any other format?

Would be grateful for any pointers!

I thought about it - but does not exactly do what is required in the images
above!
I need a survey service allowing dynamic questions, with drag and drop
functions.

Hi Hanna,

What you are describing isn't possible with ODK Collect today unless you
write a fair bit of Java code.

It is an interesting idea, and if you'd like to have it added to ODK,
please file a feature request at
https://github.com/opendatakit/collect/issues/new. In that issue, it's
important to describe why this needs to be drag-and-drop.
