I'm trying to upload a form to my formhub account and I keep having this
message: Unmatched begin statement: group. I've tried to figure out the
problem but I just can't.

You have a begin group unmatched, you have to look out and put end_group

Please send your requests to a single mailing list, most people on the
formhub users lists are also subscribed to the opendatakit list.
