I am doing ODK aggregate in digital ocean for my data collection.
Please any body help me.
I can connect my server from ODK collect.
But I can not download selected form.

is it just one form or maybe you can't download any form? ARe you using the newest ODK Collect version?
Also, it looks like you may have 2 SIM cards and be connected to Wi-Fi? Sometimes it can be an internet issue, with the phone not using the right data connection. Can you get to your Aggregate server via your phone's web browser?
