Can We Restrict/Deny a USER By Her/Him Name or Device ID
If you have used a separate App User for each person to give access, you can revoke access for specific individual(s). See: https://docs.getodk.org/central-users/#managing-app-users
The metadata for username and phonenumber are defined by Collect and can be edited in the settings and so should probably not be used to restrict specific users.
