Cannot connect to app engine server from ODK collect

Hi, I am hoping someone can help connect to my app engine server via ODK collect. I have typed in the server address as follows: https://nord-ubangi---girl-rising.appsot.com

I have set up the usernames and passwords.

Whenever I try to send a form I get the following message:

Error: Not Found (404) at https://nord-ubangi---girl-rising.appsot.com/submission?deviceID=imei%3A8691... and rest of IMEI

Please don't send the same message multiple times.

You sure the address is correct? It's appspot not appsot.
