I try to run odk aggregate but always I get 404 page
I use odk aggregate v 1.4.13m tomcat 8
catalina log file attached and screen shot of error message raised when I
tried to run odk aggregate from tomcat manager page

Hi there,
It looks like Tomcat is trying to bind to ports that are already in
use. Maybe you have Eclipse/IntelliJ or something else running? Try
rebooting and just launch Tomcat.
Also, check localhost logs. Anything interesting there?

While there were port conflicts earlier in the log, more recent log entries
indicate that those were resolved, and you were able to get the Tomcat
manager to render (an indication that Tomcat itself is working OK).
Look at the tomcat-stderr... logs in this same logs directory. Those are
the logs generated by the ODK Aggregate server. They should indicate the
problem.
