HI. I installed ODK Aggregate on Windows Server and was able to access it (even remousing our DNS name, just 2 days ago. But today, I can nolonger access the ODK Aggregate. It gives me an error despite having a reliable internet connectivity (all other URLs are opening just fine. What could be the problem?
If the page times out and never opens, verify that the Apache Tomcat server
is up and running.
Your server may have rebooted after a Microsoft update, and you may not
have configured the server to start automatically.
If the Tomcat server is running, you should at least see the
waiting-to-redirect page. If it fails to start from there, check the log
files. There is likely a problem with accessing the database.
