Cant Browse

Good Day All.

Our ODK have been working great for the last couple of months, but since
yesterday all of a sudden we can't browse to any DB in mysql, this is the
error we are seeing attached.

Any thoughts on why we have this issue?

This can happen if someone stopped the ODKAggregate app through the Tomcat
management webpage. Tomcat will vend the static "Awaiting redirect..." page
but will give a 404 because the Java application is stopped and/or not
running.

If, after you start the app, the app fails to keep running, look in the
logs (tomcat6-stdout) to see what errors are reported.

Another cause is a failure to configure your server with a static IP
address or a stable, visible DNS name.

If you don't know about the Tomcat Manager, that is the more likely cause
of this problem.

Otherwise...

From the root screen, click on Tomcat Manager.
Sign in.
Then click on the Start button for your ODKAggregate application.

(1) It is likely that the hostname you specified when you configured your
ODK Aggregate is no longer valid due to changes in your network.
or,
(2) There is an error that will be apparent if you look in your Tomcat
server logs. e.g., your database is no longer running or reachable.

Thanks Mitch, the issue was resolved, our server admin changed the box ip addresses so when we changed it back to the original ip it worked again.
