Can't download empty form

Hi,

I see list of empty form on ODK Collect but I can't download empty form. ODK collect return error like "form (ID:form)- Connect to 122.15.111.100:8080" timed out"

Is that IP address (122.15.111.100) the correct IP address for your server?

i.e., what happens if you open a browser on your device and navigate to
http://122.15.111.100:8080/ ?

If everything works, you will be redirected to the ODK Aggregate login
screen or the submissions page.

If it doesn't, that is a problem.

See this section:

for how to configure your server to have a static IP address and get an IP
address that will be visible from your device.

Until you are able to see the Tomcat welcome screen from your device's
browser, you will not be able to reliably access and use ODK Aggregate.

To change the 122.15.111.100 to the correct address, you need to re-run
your installer and correct IP address for the ODK Aggregate server during
the install process.
