Cant download forms from ODK Collect 1.1.7

Hi guys
I am a newbee in the forum but i have being doing some stuff in ODK a
while back, i have configured ODK Aggregate in Linux and MySql,
everything is okay, form definitions can be uploaded and tables in the
database are created well, now the main problem is i can not download
the form from ODK Collect 1.1.7 though server preferences are
configured well, it seems like the phone and the server do not
communicate somehow but all the settings are okay.

If anyone have a suggestion or anything that might help solve this i
am desperately asking for your help.
