I have been downloading ODK Collect on about 50 tablets for an election
observation mission that I am working with. After downloading the app about
25 times I suddenly cannot access it from Google play. The tablets are
identical so it is not a hardware issue. Does anyone know if it is possible
that there is a limit to the number of times ODK Collect can be downloaded
in a time period? Thanks for the help.
No idea if Google has a limit but you can download the APK directly at
http://opendatakit.org/downloads/download-info/odk-collect-apk/
