I been trying to download ODK collect on my phone. Once I do the search in
google play and hit download and error message comes up that reads: "ODK
Collect" could not be downloaded due to an error. (927).
Can anyone provide any help how to solve this issue?

Must be an issue with the Play Store. Try downloading over WiFi or get
the APK from http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/ instead.
