Can't download ODK programs

I'm trying to download ODK files from http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/downloads/list
and keep getting a 404 error. Any idea when it will be available?

the site is up for me, but i'm kenya. there is no google code status
but you can check other google services at
http://www.google.com/appsstatus.

also, what files can't you download? all of them?

Thanks Yaw. I was not able to download any of the files for period of 30 minutes but I just tried again now and it is working fine. Usually not an emergency but I was just sending a user off with a tablet that needed to have ODK Collect installed.
