# Can't pulldata from csv Enketo on Kobotoolbox

**1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.**  
I need to use pulldata from a csv in Enketo but the page does not load because it says that the csv instance does not exists

How do you use Enketo? Through the online converter [https://getodk.org/xlsform/](https://getodk.org/xlsform/) or maybe ODK Central?

Yes. The form works well when I use it in a smartphone
