Can't see the forms in the "Send Finalized Forms"

Dear ODKers,

I completed 4 interviews and saved them as "finalized forms" and i could
see them in the menu "send finalized forms."

Now because i didn't want to send these forms then, i moved the files from
the instances folder to a new folder called "forms_archive" that i also
created within the odk folder called "forms_archive" to help me archive
forms before sending them. After one day, i wanted to now send the files
and returned the forms back to the instances folder but i couldn't see them
anymore in the odk collect menu "send finalized forms" or "edit forms."

Please advice me on how i can fix this in order to send this forms. Of
course i can browse to see them in the instances folder.

Kind regards.

Collins

Collins,

Manually changing things around in the /odk folder is not a good idea
because it causes the underlying database that Collect uses to be
confused.

Copy the /odk folder to your computer. Remove all but the four
instances that you need in the instances folder. Now use Briefcase to
send them to the server.

Next time, if you don't want to send those forms, use admin mode to
remove the send form button from Collect's main menu.

Hi Collins,

Make sure you are following the instructions at
http://blog.formhub.org/2013/06/27/formhub-supports-odk-briefcase/.
It's either an issue with your instance or maybe the username and
password are wrong? Your best bet is to ask on the formhub forum.
