Categorising/tagging forms in ODK Central

What is the issue? Please be detailed.
My organisation uses ODK Central to manage data collection in 5 countries. We have a different project for each country, inside which are 20-40 forms each. Each project has several App Users to manage the various data collector profiles. So far so standard.

We now have a desire to categorise/tag the 20+ forms within each project as one of two categories for internal purposes only.

I can think of two options so far, neither of which are ideal, so I'm posting here in case there are options I've not considered:

  1. Have separate projects for the different categories of forms
    • This would require App Users to switch profiles, which isn’t practical.
  2. Add something to the form name to make the categorisation clear for internal purposes
    • This could make it less clear for App Users

Is there any other facility to categorise/tag forms on ODK Central?
