Welcome on the ODK Community forum @kateanelson !
We're glad you're here. When you get a chance please take the time to [introduce yourself in the dedicated topic](https://forum.getodk.org/t/introduce-yourself-here/6671) 🙂

You can achieve what you want to do with a appropriate choice\_filter clause.
Here is an example :

[Choice\_filter\_based\_on\_select\_one\_questions.xlsx](https://forum.getodk.org/uploads/short-url/m2CqPooqubpjdJAKSUEecla0PWP.xlsx) (9,3 Ko)

The calculate (line 9) concatenates the products names selected in previous select\_one questions.

In the choice\_filter of the select\_multiple question you just need to check whether the "used\_products" variable contains the current option name.
