I have a question in which I want to display the colour scale for give the rating for asked question, pls suggest how could I apply the logic.

Hello @sajidakhter,
you can use images in your surveys. So, for example you can upload an image with the colour scale and the numbers underneath and then use the numbers as answer options within your questions.
