You can access this server via ODK Collect and download forms from it
anonymously. If you want to prevent anonymous submissions, remove the Data
Collector permission from the anonymous user (via the Site Admin /
Permissions tab).
The anonymous user does not have Data Viewer permissions; this causes the
login screen to be presented before the website is displayed. You must log
in as a user having Data Viewer permissions to access the website.
When using ODK Briefcase, to pull data off of a server, you must have at
least Data Viewer permissions, and to push data up to a server, you will
need Form Manager permissions on the server.

Muchas gracias por su información, pero sigo sin poder entrar, cuando
ejecuto ODK Collect me solicita email y password pero cuando incluyo los
datos de la cuenta de correo electrónico de Gmail no me permite accesar,
que puedo hacer para solventar esto?

You must specify an ODK Aggregate username and password.
ODK Collect does not use the email account when submitting to ODK
Aggregate; it uses the ODK username and password.
