I've uploaded forms in my odk central server, when the form is in the test phase i can connect my odk collect and my odk central server and test. But when i published my forms, i can't connect my odk collect and my odk central server. I need your help

The QR code on the Testing page will only download the Form Draft. You can use it to test the Form Draft and make sure that it is working as expected. To download other Forms, including any published Form, create an App User within the Project and use that App User's QR code. You will also need to give the App User access to Forms using the Form Access tab.
