OK I misunderstood your problem. I just checked the query in redash and I think you can see images when you are already logged in Central. When your are not (as a normal user watching your dashboard), ODK Centrals asks you for login credentials. The best solution would be (I do it [with PostgreSQL](https://forum.getodk.org/t/postgresql-set-of-functions-to-get-data-from-central/33350) but you could use the API in another tool) to extract with a cron task the images from central to an public place and link images to this place : > [@Accessing images on PowerBI](https://forum.getodk.org/t/accessing-images-on-powerbi/27788/4): > > Sadly I recently learned that PowerBI does not send authentication credentials when fetching images so this is currently not possible directly from Central ([docs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-dashboard-add-widget#add-an-image): "make sure security credentials aren't required to access the image file").
