Could not install ODK Aggregate v1.4.5 in windows 8 64

I am trying to run ODK Aggregate v1.4.5 windows-installer.exe on windows 8.1 64bit

but it's show this error

I've search in this forum but not found my issue
i tried but select install folder to Desktop/ my document but still not work

please help.

First, Save the installer (rather than opening it) when downloading.

Then open a File Browser, navigate to your Downloads directory, and
double-click the installer to launch it.

Specify a directory under your Documents (My Documents) folder in which to
place the files.

It is likely that you tried to immediately open and run the installer from
within your browser, rather than saving it and then launching it.

Thank for your reply
I have save to outside download folder , to drive D: , Desktop and run is
still the some
for the target folder i have try to my document, desktop, and so on..

latest update i try on Linux version to run as normal user and as root
permission with target in home , desktop is still the same

i try with download previous version 1.4.4/1.4.3 is still the same

my JRE,JDK is 1.8.3x

Try uninstalling Java 8, and installing Java 7. We haven't tested Java 8.
